Whilst perusing the channels last evening, I cam across an interesting mini series airing on sleuthtv. It was called the legend of earthsea, which is awesome because this one time in high school I read that fucking book and it was pretty rad. Wizards and self-realization, and romance and betrayal, all the good stuff. The show even has Kristin Kreuk, who is pretty hot. I’d have to say it’s probably the best book I’ve ever read that I was forced to read over the summer and take a standarized test on, thanks Fairfax County Public Schools! Also this channel had the best late night infomercials, one for a hov-a-round chair or however you spell it. Which apparently allows you to travel to the statue of liberty or the grand canyon whenever you want! At least that’s what I got from the ad. And also one for the opportunity to own three blueberry bushes, so you can have blueberry’s whenever you want!
