I read most of this but I never finished it for some reason. There are many comments to be made though. First of all it is hilarious in retrospect that the author’s last name is Funke. Also, it made me want to make a thief troop with my little bros at the time, the lifestyle seemed pretty awesome. Even though i think if i remember correctly the kid was just stealing shit from his own house. also it seemed like i reached the climax a little over half way through the book, saw there were like over 100 pages leeft and just left it at that citing lack of interest. The language also made it pretty evident the book had been translated, possibly multiple times. As in from german to italian to english, which i suppse was interesting, idk.
